home.

The term bo-hem means to stay at home.

For me, the phrase ‘to be at home’ triggers a lot of things. Being at home in my life, feeling at home in the space where I live, where I work, what I do. To be at home in my profession, in my human relationships, in my family, to feel at home with the objects, the objects made with memories, the elements I surround myself with. I love to feel at home in the world of forms, materials and spaces.

I love creating a sense of home when one comfortably begins to ease into the nook around them, whether it’s a casual or a cool, edgy space, spiced with elegance or drenched in chaos but with an identity of its own.

This is what triggered the choice of the name, and of course it’s no secret that I liked to associate the adjective bohemian with the playfulness and looseness, the fun that characterises the lamps, the elements, and the other objects, pictures, everything… People usually associate this fantasy name with bohemian, but there is also a certain home energy secretly at work.
